Our project work begins with identifying suitable properties and sites. We undertake a thorough evaluation process that includes identifying and analysing potential sites, researching market conditions and profitability, and anticipating trends before entering into purchasing negotiations. Every project starts with a vision. We determine the urban development potential of a site and analyse its future functions with a view to meeting the needs of its users. Initial project sketches are drawn up and, if planning permission is granted, form the basis for development plans or architectural competitions. A team of architects, specialist planners and experts is put together and works collaboratively on service phases 1 to 4 in accordance with the Schedule of Services and Fees for Architects and Engineers (HOAI).

Some developers choose to outsource client relationship management to architects or external sales companies. At Bauwert, however, we take a different approach. We bring our clients directly into our showroom to view the high-quality interiors we have designed for the apartments. Whether porcelain stoneware, door handles or fittings, our clients can find out more on the spot and choose from different styles and colours.
