On Grafenberger Allee, we converted an office building into a residential complex – one of the largest projects of its kind in Germany. The former Thyssen Trade Center was completely gutted and transformed into several individually designed apartment buildings, providing a total of 350 rental units. Large, semi-circular courtyards between the buildings offer ample space for relaxation. This project was initially launched as a joint venture with Catella Project Management GmbH, which ceased to be a development partner in early 2016.
