At Leipziger Strasse 126-128, opposite the Bundesrat building and the Federal Ministry of Finance, a new architectural landscape has emerged with three high-quality new buildings offering a total of 17,250 square metres of lettable space.
Two Berlin architecture firms, Grüntuch/Ernst Architekten and Patzschke & Partner, were commissioned to design the façades for the three freestanding buildings, whose very different architectural styles give the street between Leipziger Platz and Wilhelmstrasse a new, accentuated ambience.
