Press release as PDFWith a partial reorganisation, the strengthening of the second management level and several new appointments, BAUWERT is continuing on its course of growth.
In future, there will no longer be a separation between the residential and commercial property development business units. In addition, apartments sales and office space letting will be more closely linked to project development. This reorganisation reflects BAUWERT’s increased commitment to mixed-use projects and the integrated development of districts.
From May 2024, the newly structured property acquisition, project development and sales unit will be headed by Mathias Groß (46), who previously worked as branch manager of Pandion Real Estate GmbH in Berlin for around ten years. In addition to Mathias Groß, two other colleagues will move from PANDION to BAUWERT.
Tim Obermann, who will be leaving BAUWERT at his own request at the end of January 2024, was previously in charge of acquisitions and residential project development.
Eva Kristina Mayer-Berzinske will take on an expanded role in commercial project management from February 2024 and will be granted signatory powers.
