Claudia Christine Humann

Construction Manager

‘I joined BAUWERT in 2016 as an intern while looking for a new professional direction after completing my first vocational training. The insights I gained into the construction and property sector inspired me to study Industrial Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering. During my studies, I worked as a working student at BAUWERT in various areas, ranging from project development and acquisition to technical project management. After graduating, I was able to directly apply my experience in my role as a Construction Manager. What I value most is accompanying projects from initial concept to completion and taking on responsibility. BAUWERT stands for long-lasting quality, thoughtful planning, and responsible architecture—values I fully share.’

‘I joined BAUWERT in 2010 and my career has been on a continuous positive path ever since. My journey began with internships and working student positions, providing insights into all departments. Following experience in commercial project management, I headed commercial project and contract management. Since April 2024, I've served as Head of Compliance and Legal Affairs, an executive department reporting directly to the Management Board. My job is really interesting and there is plenty of variety in what I do every day. I also think it's great that BAUWERT offers lots of support for personal and professional development.’

'I started at BAUWERT as an intern, later became a working student and today I am a Project Developer. Starting in acquisitions helped me to understand the fundamentals of project development. During my Master’s degree, I was given my first responsibilities, and today I independently manage a residential project with 45 units. It brings me great joy to help shape our city – through projects that exhibit quality and in which people enjoy living. For me, BAUWERT is more than just a property developer. The company stands for reliability and offers scope for professional and personal growth.'
