Junior Project Developer

'I started at BAUWERT as an intern, later became a working student and today I am a Project Developer. Starting in acquisitions helped me to understand the fundamentals of project development. During my Master’s degree, I was given my first responsibilities, and today I independently manage a residential project with 45 units. It brings me great joy to help shape our city – through projects that exhibit quality and in which people enjoy living. For me, BAUWERT is more than just a property developer. Since April 2024, I've served as Head of Compliance and Legal Affairs, an executive department reporting directly to the Management Board. My job is really interesting and there is plenty of variety in what I do every day. I also think it's great that BAUWERT offers lots of support for personal and professional development.’
